So what is Human Heartedness
It is an approach to life that sees humans as primarily social beings, and relies on building positive supportive relationships with others by building on our human pro-social capacities—such as our potential for love, compassion, and friendship —as the key path to meaning and fulfillment.

Choosing a more human hearted life
Choosing to practice a more human hearted life offers a path to a more fulfilling life: One based on building more positive and supportive relations with others as well as cultivating the best of oneself. The human hearted path is secular and evidence based - yet focusses on positive social development rather than competitive individualism and materialism. It does not require returning to religion or surrendering to the market. It is the humanist alternative to both.
